What is paradigm?
Our company name and the logo are full of meaning for us, and help represent the values of our practice.
The word "paradigm" relates to a framework of ideas that shape how we view and understand the world. In our context, we understand that our clients are looking to shift the paradigm of their lives. This may mean changing their careers or changing cultures by moving around the world to shift the future for themselves and their families.
The symbol in our logo is a lowercase Greek alphabet delta. In mathematics, this delta means a very small shift, representing the tiny, step-by-step changes or limits.
Imagine an object flying through space on a particular trajectory that needs to change course to reach its ideal destination. A very small shift in that object's trajectory can, over time, make an enormous shift to its final destination.
Our role is to help you successfully make that change – that paradigm shift. We play a small but strategic role in changing the trajectory of your life.
